The Ultrasonic Generator Glass Reactor (GR-20L) is an advanced laboratory reactor that integrates ultrasonic processing with conventional stirred glass reactor technology. By combining ultrasonic energy with controlled mechanical stirring and temperature regulation, the system significantly enhances reaction efficiency, extraction performance, and material dispersion.
Ultrasonic waves generate cavitation effects within the liquid medium, producing microscopic bubbles that rapidly collapse and release energy. This process improves mass transfer, mixing, and particle dispersion, making the reactor highly effective for extraction, emulsification, homogenization, and reaction acceleration.
Constructed from high borosilicate glass 3.3, the reactor offers excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and full visual observation during experiments. The system can operate under vacuum or atmospheric conditions, enabling flexible experimental setups for various chemical and biochemical reactions.
The reactor also features frequency-controlled stirring, precise temperature monitoring, and ultrasonic energy delivery through a titanium alloy probe, making it suitable for advanced research applications in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, and environmental science.
