The TCU Temperature Control Unit is a high-precision temperature regulation system designed to provide stable heating and cooling control for industrial processes, reactors, and laboratory equipment. The system integrates advanced temperature sensors, a PLC-based PID control circuit, and automated actuators to ensure precise thermal regulation across a wide temperature range.
By continuously monitoring temperature changes, the system automatically adjusts heating or cooling power to maintain the desired setpoint. At lower temperatures, the system operates with reduced heating power, while increasing power output as the temperature approaches the target value. Once the desired temperature is reached, the system stabilizes the output to maintain consistent process conditions.
The TCU system supports both steam heating and electric heating configurations, offering flexible operation for different industrial environments. A 7-inch touch-screen control panel provides intuitive operation, real-time monitoring, and data export capabilities. The system also supports MODBUS communication protocols, allowing integration with industrial automation and monitoring systems.
Designed for reliability and safety, the unit includes multiple protection features such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, and low liquid level protection, ensuring safe and continuous operation in demanding production environments.
