The Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor is designed for chemical reactions, mixing, and temperature-controlled processes in biochemical, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries. The reactor provides a durable and corrosion-resistant solution for pilot-scale production and laboratory research.
Constructed from 304 or 316 stainless steel, the reactor offers excellent chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and long service life. The jacketed vessel design allows circulation of heating or cooling media to maintain stable reaction temperatures during processing.
The system can be integrated with vacuum pumps, heating circulators, and chilling systems, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as chemical reactions, mixing, separation, concentration, and synthesis of advanced materials.
Equipped with a stirring motor and adjustable speed control, the reactor supports efficient mixing of materials with different viscosities. The reactor lid includes multiple process ports for feeding materials, vacuum connections, temperature measurement, and observation windows, providing flexibility for various experimental and industrial processes.
