Stainless Steel 21 Model LL Type 3-way Sanitary Flow Division Valve with 24V Control Head

Sanitary LL-type 3-way flow division valves are designed for hygienic flow diversion and reliable media control in sanitary processing systems. These valves allow operators to redirect product flow between multiple pipeline routes while maintaining strict sanitary standards required in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel (SS304 or SS316L), the valve provides excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and reliable sealing performance. The precision-engineered internal structure ensures smooth switching between flow paths while minimizing pressure loss during operation.

The pneumatic actuator enables automated valve operation, while the 24V control head allows integration with automated process control systems, improving monitoring and operational efficiency. Optional position sensors and C-Top controllers can also be installed depending on system requirements.
