Sanitary pneumatic diaphragm valves are designed for precise and hygienic control of fluid flow in sanitary processing systems. These valves are widely used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, and dairy industries where strict sanitary standards and contamination control are essential.
Manufactured from high-quality SS316L stainless steel, the valve provides excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life. The diaphragm sealing structure ensures smooth internal surfaces and minimizes dead space, making the valve highly suitable for clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP) systems.
The pneumatic actuator enables automated valve operation, allowing integration with automated process control systems for improved efficiency and monitoring. Sanitary diaphragm valves are commonly used in biopharmaceutical production, sterile processing systems, fermentation equipment, and hygienic fluid handling applications where product purity and reliable valve performance are critical.
