The Single Layer Glass Reactor is a versatile laboratory reactor designed for chemical synthesis, mixing, reflux, and distillation experiments. Unlike jacketed reactors, this system uses a single-layer glass vessel, allowing direct heating through an external heating bath or heating mantle while maintaining excellent visibility of the reaction process.

The reactor can operate under vacuum or atmospheric pressure conditions, enabling reactions that require negative pressure environments. It supports continuous feeding of liquids and gases under vacuum conditions and allows various chemical reactions to occur at controlled temperatures.

The system is equipped with digital speed control for the stirring motor, ensuring stable mixing and efficient reaction performance. The vertical double serpentine condenser improves condensation efficiency during reflux or distillation processes.

Constructed from high borosilicate glass, the reactor provides strong chemical resistance and thermal stability. The stainless steel support frame ensures structural stability during operation.

This reactor system is widely used in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical research, material synthesis, academic laboratories, and pilot-scale experimental processes.
