Sanitary flush tank bottom valves are designed for hygienic discharge and precise flow control at the bottom of tanks and processing vessels. Their flush-mounted design allows complete product drainage while minimizing dead space, making them ideal for hygienic production environments.
Manufactured from high-quality SS316L stainless steel, the valve provides excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and reliable sealing performance. The flush bottom configuration ensures smooth internal surfaces and efficient cleaning, supporting clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP) processes.
Sanitary tank bottom valves are widely used in fermentation tanks, mixing vessels, storage tanks, and pharmaceutical reactors, where complete product discharge, contamination prevention, and hygienic operation are essential.
