Sanitary mixproof double seat valves with C-Top controllers are designed to safely separate two different process fluids within the same pipeline system. These valves prevent cross-contamination while allowing simultaneous flow of different media, making them ideal for hygienic processing systems in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel (SS304 or SS316L), the valve provides excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and reliable sealing performance. The double-seat design creates a secure leakage chamber between the two seals, ensuring safe separation of fluids even during valve operation.

The integrated C-Top controller enables accurate monitoring of valve position and automated control, allowing the valve to be integrated into modern automated processing systems. Sanitary mixproof valves are widely used in CIP systems, product changeover lines, fermentation systems, and hygienic processing pipelines, where product separation and contamination prevention are critical.
