The Integrated Rotary Evaporator – Low Temperature System is a multifunctional laboratory unit that combines a rotary evaporator, recirculating chiller, and diaphragm vacuum system into a single integrated platform. Through PLC control and a touchscreen interface, the system allows centralized operation and automated coordination of all key processes involved in rotary evaporation.

Unlike traditional setups where the rotary evaporator, chiller, and vacuum pump operate independently, this integrated system enables one-screen control of vacuum, cooling circulation, rotary evaporation, and heating bath movement. The PLC system supports multi-stage temperature programming, intelligent PID control, and real-time monitoring, allowing precise temperature regulation and improved operational stability.

The integrated design simplifies laboratory workflow, reduces equipment footprint, and significantly improves efficiency. It is widely used in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical research, biotechnology development, solvent recovery, and pilot-scale distillation processes.
