The Lab Stainless Steel Molecular Distillation Equipment is a compact wiped film distillation system designed for laboratory-scale purification and separation of heat-sensitive and high-viscosity materials. Operating under high vacuum conditions, the system enables efficient molecular separation at reduced temperatures, helping minimize thermal degradation and preserve product quality.
The unit consists of a heated evaporation jacket, internal rotating scraper system, condenser, and vacuum system. During operation, the internal scraper spreads the feed material into a thin film along the heated surface, increasing heat transfer efficiency and enabling rapid evaporation with extremely short residence time.
Constructed with 304 stainless steel structural components and 316 stainless steel contact surfaces, the system provides excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and compatibility with a wide range of chemical materials. The design is particularly suitable for processing liquids that are high in viscosity, prone to crystallization, susceptible to scaling, or contain suspended solids.
With stable speed control, efficient condensation, and durable stainless steel construction, this molecular distillation unit is widely used in laboratory research, pharmaceutical purification, botanical extraction, and fine chemical processing.
