The Household Vacuum Freeze Dryer is designed for home and small-scale freeze-drying applications, allowing users to preserve food while maintaining its original structure, nutrients, and flavor. Freeze drying works by freezing the material first and then removing moisture through sublimation under high vacuum conditions.
During the freeze-drying process, the frozen water in the food transitions directly from solid to vapor, preventing structural damage caused by liquid water evaporation. As a result, the dried food retains its original shape, color, and biochemical properties.
