The GR-5L Glass Reactor is a compact jacketed laboratory reactor designed for chemical synthesis, mixing, distillation, and temperature-controlled reaction experiments. With a 5-liter reaction capacity, this reactor is suitable for small-scale laboratory research, pilot experiments, and process development.
Constructed from high borosilicate glass 3.3, the reactor provides excellent chemical resistance, high transparency for visual observation, and strong thermal stability. The double-layer jacketed design allows circulating heating or cooling fluids to pass through the jacket, enabling precise temperature control during reactions.
The reactor can operate under vacuum or atmospheric pressure conditions, making it suitable for sensitive reactions that require controlled pressure environments. The frequency-controlled stirring system ensures stable mixing performance and allows precise speed adjustment for materials with different viscosities.
The stirring paddle features a stainless steel core with PTFE coating, providing excellent chemical compatibility and durability. The stainless steel frame structure offers strong mechanical stability and easy movement with lockable casters.
