The GR-50L Double Jacketed Glass Reactor is a laboratory and pilot-scale reaction system designed for chemical synthesis, mixing, distillation, and temperature-controlled reactions. The reactor uses a double-layer borosilicate glass vessel, allowing heat transfer fluid to circulate through the jacket while the reaction takes place in the inner chamber.
The reaction material is placed inside the reactor vessel and stirred under atmospheric or vacuum conditions. Heating or cooling media can be circulated through the jacket to maintain precise temperature control during the reaction process. This design enables stable constant-temperature heating or cooling for sensitive chemical reactions.
The reactor is equipped with a frequency-controlled stirring system, allowing adjustable mixing speeds for materials with different viscosities. The stirring paddle is constructed with a stainless steel core and PTFE coating, ensuring durability and chemical resistance.
Built with high borosilicate glass 3.3 and supported by a SUS304 stainless steel frame with lockable casters, the reactor offers excellent corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and convenient mobility. The transparent glass vessel allows clear observation of the reaction process.
This reactor system is widely used in chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical research, material science experiments, and pilot-scale process development.
