The GR-2L Glass Reactor is a compact laboratory reactor designed for material synthesis, distillation, concentration, and chemical reaction experiments. With a 2-liter reaction capacity, this desktop reactor is suitable for small-scale laboratory research, pilot experiments, and teaching applications.
Constructed from high borosilicate glass 3.3, the reactor provides excellent chemical resistance, high transparency for observation, and strong thermal stability. The system can operate under vacuum or atmospheric pressure conditions, allowing researchers to conduct reactions under controlled environments.
The reactor features frequency-controlled stirring, enabling precise speed adjustment to accommodate different reaction viscosities. The stirring paddle is designed with a stainless steel core and PTFE coating, ensuring chemical compatibility and durability.
The reactor system supports a wide operating temperature range from -120°C to 300°C when used with suitable heating or cooling media such as water or thermal oil. With multiple standard glass interfaces, the unit allows flexible integration with condensers, feeding systems, and temperature monitoring devices.
