The GR-20L Double Jacketed Glass Reactor is a versatile laboratory reactor designed for chemical synthesis, mixing, distillation, and temperature-controlled reactions. The reactor features a double-layer borosilicate glass vessel, allowing heating or cooling fluids to circulate through the jacket while the reaction occurs in the inner chamber.
Different thermal fluids such as hot water, thermal oil, or chilled liquid can be introduced into the jacket to precisely control reaction temperatures. The sealed glass vessel allows reactions to be performed under atmospheric or vacuum conditions, enabling controlled reaction environments for sensitive materials.
The reactor provides frequency-controlled stirring, allowing stable mixing and adjustable speed to accommodate materials with varying viscosities. The transparent borosilicate glass construction provides excellent visibility of the reaction process, allowing researchers to easily observe experimental conditions.
Constructed with high borosilicate glass 3.3 and supported by a SUS304 stainless steel frame with lockable casters, the system offers strong corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and mobility. This reactor is widely used in biopharmaceutical research, fine chemical synthesis, material science experiments, and pilot-scale process development.
