The GR-200L Double Jacketed Glass Reactor is a large-capacity laboratory and pilot-scale reaction system designed for chemical synthesis, mixing, distillation, and material processing. The reactor vessel is constructed from high borosilicate glass 3.3, offering excellent chemical resistance, high transparency for observation, and strong thermal stability.
The double-layer jacketed design allows heat transfer fluid to circulate through the jacket while the reaction occurs in the inner vessel. By connecting external heating or cooling equipment, such as circulators or chillers, the reactor can maintain precise temperature control for both heating and cooling reactions.
The system supports operation under vacuum or atmospheric pressure conditions, enabling flexible experimental environments for sensitive reactions. The reactor is equipped with frequency-controlled stirring, allowing stable mixing for materials with different viscosities. The stirring paddle is designed with a stainless steel core and PTFE coating, providing durability and chemical compatibility.
