The GR-100L Double Jacketed Glass Reactor is a large-capacity laboratory and pilot-scale reactor designed for chemical synthesis, mixing, distillation, and temperature-controlled reactions. The reactor vessel is constructed from high borosilicate glass 3.3, providing excellent chemical resistance, high transparency for observation, and strong thermal stability.
The double-layer jacketed structure allows heating or cooling media to circulate through the jacket while the reaction occurs in the inner vessel. By connecting external temperature control systems such as heating circulators or chillers, the reactor can maintain precise temperature conditions for both heating and cooling reactions.
The reactor can operate under vacuum or atmospheric pressure, making it suitable for experiments requiring negative pressure environments. The frequency-controlled stirring system provides stable mixing and allows precise adjustment for materials with varying viscosities.
The stirring paddle is designed with a stainless steel core and PTFE coating, ensuring durability and chemical compatibility. The system is supported by a SUS304 stainless steel frame with lockable casters, providing stability and mobility during laboratory operations.
