The Glass Crystallization Filter Reactor is a multifunctional laboratory reactor designed for crystallization, filtration, and solid–liquid separation processes. This reactor integrates a crystallization vessel with a filtration system, enabling efficient processing of materials that require cooling crystallization followed by filtration and recovery.
The system uses a double-layer jacketed glass vessel that allows cooling or heating media to circulate through the jacket. After the reaction and mixing of materials, cooling water or refrigerant can be introduced into the jacket to promote crystallization within the reactor. Once crystallization is complete, the built-in filtration structure allows easy separation of solid crystals from the liquid phase.
Constructed from high borosilicate glass 3.3, the reactor offers excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and full visibility of the reaction process. The system is designed with high-precision polished internal surfaces to minimize material residue and ensure easy cleaning without dead corners.
With adjustable stirring speed, vacuum compatibility, and flexible feeding and discharge interfaces, the crystallization filter reactor is widely used in pharmaceutical production, chemical synthesis, material purification, and fine chemical crystallization processes.
