The Car Battery Temperature Environment Testing Equipment is designed for high and low temperature testing of new energy vehicle (NEV) batteries and motor systems. The system simulates extreme environmental conditions to evaluate the performance, durability, and thermal stability of battery packs and electric motor components.
In addition to precise temperature control, the equipment also provides antifreeze circulation with adjustable flow and pressure control, enabling accurate simulation of real vehicle cooling systems. The system supports a temperature control range from -80°C to 250°C and allows antifreeze circulation flow rates between 2–20 L/min, making it suitable for comprehensive thermal performance testing.
The equipment enables engineers to perform high-temperature, low-temperature, flow control, and pressure regulation tests on battery packs, ensuring reliable performance under various operating conditions. It is widely used in automotive research laboratories, battery manufacturing facilities, and electric vehicle component testing environments.
