The 5L Rotary Evaporator (R1005) is a reliable laboratory evaporation system designed for efficient solvent evaporation, concentration, and separation in chemical, biological, and pharmaceutical laboratories. The equipment is widely used for processes such as concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery.

The system utilizes digital DC stepless speed control, allowing smooth and stable rotation of the evaporation flask to form a thin liquid film for faster evaporation and improved heat transfer. A vertical double-serpentine condenser provides efficient cooling and enhanced solvent condensation performance.

Equipped with a SUS304 stainless steel heating bath, the rotary evaporator ensures uniform heating and precise temperature control. The electric lifting mechanism allows convenient adjustment of the evaporation flask position during operation.

To ensure safe laboratory operation, the system includes multiple safety protection features, including overcurrent protection, ground fault protection, over-temperature protection, and dry-heating protection.

This rotary evaporator is suitable for research laboratories, pharmaceutical production, chemical processing, and academic institutions.
