50L Rotary Evaporator

The 50L Rotary Evaporator (R1050) is a large-capacity evaporation system designed for laboratory, pilot-scale, and small production applications. It is widely used for distillation, concentration, crystallization, purification, separation, and solvent recovery in chemical, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories.

The rotary evaporator operates under reduced pressure conditions, allowing volatile solvents to evaporate at lower temperatures. During operation, the sample rotates continuously inside a spherical flask, forming a thin liquid film along the inner wall. This thin film significantly increases the evaporation surface area and improves heat transfer efficiency, resulting in faster solvent evaporation.

The system features digital DC stepless speed control for stable rotation and consistent film formation. A vertical triple condenser system (main condenser and auxiliary condenser) provides a large condensation area for efficient solvent recovery. The SUS304 stainless steel heating bath ensures stable heating and precise temperature control.

The equipment also incorporates multiple safety protection systems, including overcurrent protection, ground fault protection, over-temperature protection, and dry heating protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation during long-term laboratory use.
