The 2L Rotary Evaporator (ATR-001) is a compact and high-precision laboratory evaporation system designed for solvent evaporation, concentration, and separation in research and industrial laboratories. Developed based on years of laboratory instrument manufacturing experience, this rotary evaporator features a stable heating system, excellent sealing performance, and a quiet operating design.
The system uses digital DC stepless speed control to provide smooth rotation of the evaporation flask, ensuring uniform thin-film formation for efficient solvent evaporation. The vertical double-serpentine condenser improves condensation efficiency and enhances solvent recovery performance.
Constructed with a SUS304 stainless steel heating bath, the unit provides stable and uniform heating with accurate temperature control. The equipment also includes multiple safety protections, such as overcurrent protection, ground fault protection, over-temperature protection, and dry-heating protection to ensure safe laboratory operation.
This rotary evaporator is widely used in chemical laboratories, biopharmaceutical research, bioengineering, and academic research environments for solvent recovery, concentration, crystallization, and separation processes.
