The 20L Rotary Evaporator (R1020) is a high-capacity laboratory evaporation system designed for efficient solvent evaporation, concentration, purification, and separation in chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories. The equipment offers precise temperature control, stable performance, and user-friendly operation, making it suitable for both research and pilot-scale applications.
The rotary evaporator operates under reduced pressure conditions, allowing continuous distillation of volatile solvents at lower temperatures. This process significantly improves evaporation efficiency and helps protect heat-sensitive materials. It is particularly effective for extract concentration, chromatographic separation, and solvent recovery.
The system features digital DC stepless speed control, ensuring stable rotation of the evaporation flask to form a uniform thin liquid film for faster evaporation and improved heat transfer. A vertical triple condenser system (main condenser and auxiliary condenser) provides a large condensation area, enhancing solvent recovery efficiency.
Constructed with a SUS304 stainless steel heating bath, the equipment ensures uniform heating and reliable temperature control. The electric lifting system allows convenient adjustment of the evaporation flask position during operation.
To ensure safe laboratory operation, the system includes multiple protection functions, including overcurrent protection, ground fault protection, over-temperature protection, and dry-heating protection.
