20L Manual Rotary Evaporator

The 20L Manual Rotary Evaporator (RE-20L) is a laboratory distillation system designed for efficient solvent evaporation, concentration, and separation under reduced pressure. The equipment allows experimental materials to rotate continuously under controlled temperature and vacuum conditions, forming a thin liquid film on the inner surface of the flask. This significantly increases the evaporation area and improves evaporation efficiency.

During operation, the solvent is rapidly evaporated under vacuum and then condensed through the condenser system for recovery. This process allows efficient solvent separation, material crystallization, and extraction while protecting heat-sensitive compounds.

The system features digital DC stepless speed control for stable rotation and consistent evaporation performance. A vertical triple condenser system (main condenser and auxiliary condenser) provides a large condensation area for efficient solvent recovery. The manual lifting mechanism allows simple and reliable adjustment of the evaporation flask position.

Constructed with a SUS304 stainless steel heating bath, the equipment provides stable heating performance and durability for long-term laboratory use. An optional explosion-proof motor configuration is also available for applications involving flammable solvents.
